I consider my home at my new dorm. it took a couple of days for my roomates to get new to the new environment, now we love it!

I attended John Muir School in Pasadena, "home of the Mustangs!" Many people dont know that i was my school's mascot and I believe Muir was one of the best things that's happened to me. I love the school spirit and the background behind the school.

One of my most fulfilling life experiences was when I became apart of the Pathways and Education Program. A program in which they select 10 students in southern California and provide them with an 18,000 scholarship to CSUSM. Here i am now making my dreams come true studying to become a surgical nurse in the future with a minor in journalism.

My greatest cheerleaders would have to be my family. My younger family members because they look up to me, and my older family members because they're proud of me for accomplishing things they've never gotten to do. I would also have to say my Pathways & Eduaction crew members (JT, Gersom, Val, Kim, Wendy, Dais, Cort, Riece and Jazmine) we motivate each other and we have been there for each other for basically the past year.

My major is nursing mainly because of my mom. My mom has been in and out of the hospital since I was young child, i remember nurses always being in her hospital room taking care of her. I also feel that nursing will always be an area needed to help people.

My biggest fear about college is "failing." In high school i was always one of the smarter students in class, but now i am competing with the best students from different high school. I am afraid of the work load and my bad study habit's might cause a problem also.

My secrey "Hollywood Crush" would have to be Lauren Conrad from the televison show "the Hills." Lauren is exactly what i look for in a women! :) she's motivated, determined, feisty, talented, successful, and extremely BEAUTIFUL!

The thing that I like best about myself is how outgoing I am and my personality. I believe i am the type of person that can be friends with everyone! I love to talk to people, even people i don't know.
